There are many choices when it comes to removing warts in children, from cryotherapy and pulsed dye laser to electrodessication and bleomycin, to name a few. Molluscum contagiosum (MC), however, is a bit different due to the absence of approved therapies, although there are promising options currently awaiting the official go-ahead from the FDA. This session will explore some of the available and upcoming treatments for warts and MC in pediatric patients.

  • Develop an understanding of basic pediatric dermatologic conditions including: - Pigmented lesions - Seborrheic dermatitis - Atopic dermatitis and eczema - Psoriasis - Irritant and contact dermatitis
