Following a recent FDA approval, clinicians are now able to prescribe a topical cream formulation of ruxolitinib, a JAK inhibitor, for the treatment of vitiligo. This marks the first official repigmentation therapy for patients 12 years and older with nonsegmental vitiligo, which is the most common type of this dermatologic disease. This session will shine a spotlight on the latest groundbreaking developments in the understanding and management of vitiligo.
